Terms and Conditions of service mentioned here mean Rules and Regulations between Information Construction Co., Ltd. and User (Customer/Member/Service user/User) relates with service or information which iCONS and user accept and follow as listed below.

1. Introduction

Information Construction Co., Ltd. (“iCONS”, “Company” or “Belongs to Company”) believes that customer’s privacy is the considerable issue to affirm the company’s commitment of customer’s privacy protection. Thus, the company will follow as listed below.

1.1 The company shall collect only necessary information which related to specified purpose.

1.2 The company will use or reveal user’s information for the purpose of information aggregation only except approval from user or legal permission. Anyway, the company shall keep user’s information considerably for mentioned purpose only.

1.3 The company shall provide standard procedure and technique to protect user’s privacy appropriately.

1.4 Users have right to access and edit their own information appropriately according to their rights as entitled by law.

1.5 บริษัทจะรับผิดชอบต่อท่าน บริษัทยินดีรับฟังความคิดเห็นของท่านเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามหลักการเหล่านี้ นโยบายคุ้มครองสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้ และกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

2. Privacy Protection Policy

The company shall protect user’s information such as name, surname, mobile phone number, account name, password and other information that user input on the company’s website; www.icons.co.th or information user gave by any social media or name card or payment or training with the company or any information requested by sales rep.

2.1 How the company will protect user’s information?

In the purpose of protect user’s information, the company shall respect and keep user’s privacy as secret with acceptable standard procedures including protection standard of this industry to protect unauthorized access that may reveal/change/edit/destroy or use information in any illegal way whatsoever. However, there is no electronics information deliver or information storage that can fully be secured from hacker. Thus, the company can not guarantee that your information will completely be secured from intruder during information delivery or storage process.

2.2 Where is my information will be delivered and kept?

In the purpose of service with reliability and responsibility, the company will process and keep your information in security server which can be located in Thai or aboard. Anyway, transferring will be granted by law.

2.3 How long iCONS will keep my information?

The company will keep your information through your membership period as long as necessary to fulfil information usage purpose following this information protection policy or may keep user’s information longer even after the membership is terminated if there is any necessity as listed below.

• In order to act by law/regulations or legal responsibility.
• In order to assist customer successfully.
• In order to resolve any dispute between the company and user when it is legally enforceable.
• In order to protect any unauthorized access or illegal way of use.

2.4 Does iCONS give my information to any third party?

Except above mentioned user’s information protection policies and any other additional policies, iCONS will not share user’s information to any third party except user give a permission or the company is granted by law.

3. User’s boundary of information access.

The company has duty to service and assist user to access their information appropriately, entitled by their right and granted by law. The company has right to request for more information or document to verify each user before giving an access of their information.

3.1 Do I have right to access my own information?

Users have right to access their own information, but official request must be made and the process will use up to 7 days from the day the request was submitted. The company also has right to refuse user’s request granted by law or judiciary

3.2 Do I have right to edit my own information?

User can request iCONS to change/edit/update your information if it is not up to date, not complete or incorrect by given channel.

3.3 Can I revoke my permission?

Users have right to revoke their permission of privacy information access. For example, to stop receiving email from the company, to stop receiving news by message from the company, user can request the company by given channel, then the company will proceed immediately. Anyway, request must not interrupt purpose of personal information storage as mentioned in 2.3

3.4 Do I have right to request for deleting or destroying my own information?

Users have right to request for delete/destroy their own information if it is not interrupting the personal information purpose in 2.3. Users are requested to do official request to the company through given channels. The process will up to 15 days from the request sent date.

4. การเปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขนโยบายคุ้มครองสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้

บริษัทอาจแก้ไขนโยบายคุ้มครองสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทเป็นครั้งคราวด้วยเหตุผลหลากหลายประการ ซึ่งรวมถึง เพื่อปรับปรุงแนวทางปฏิบัติการคุ้มครองสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัท เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงบริการของบริษัท และเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง บริษัทได้ทำการปรับปรุงนโยบายคุ้มครองสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวนี้เมื่อวันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2559 เมื่อบริษัททำการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบายคุ้มครองสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวของบริษัทในสาระสำคัญ บริษัทจะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบในบริการของบริษัท หรือโดยวิธีการอื่นตามสมควร บริษัทขอแนะนำให้ท่านตรวจสอบการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวด้วยความรอบคอบ หากท่านตกลงตามการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว โปรดใช้บริการของบริษัทต่อไป แต่หากท่านไม่ตกลงตามการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว และไม่ประสงค์จะใช้บริการของบริษัทอีกต่อไปแล้ว ท่านอาจเลือกปิดบัญชีของท่านได้ ซึ่งการที่ท่านใช้บริการของบริษัทต่อไปหลังจากที่ได้มีการแจ้งให้ท่านทราบเรื่องการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงแล้วหรือได้มีการประกาศในบริการของบริษัทแล้ว ถือว่าท่านยอมรับการแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงและยินยอมตามนโยบายคุ้มครองสิทธิความเป็นส่วนตัวที่แก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้แล้ว
